Custom Smart Lists
For a Tomorrow Smart List for example, or Overdue, etc
Hi, I'm hoping for a small tweak on an existing feature.
The smart list "Today" is great. I love that I can input tasks directly in this list and they are automatically dated as DUE TODAY.
I would love to have the same feature for "Tomorrow" – to be able to input tasks in this list and have a due date for TOMORROW automatically assigned.
But also – more importantly – I could drag other existing tasks into "Tomorrow" to quickly reassess and plan out my next day.
Thanks guys, Wunderlist is amazing!

I also want the overdue list to take the overdue items out of the Week list, or just to put it as a separate section (thus, there will be an Overdue set, Today set, Tomorrow set, etc.)

I agree fully. I would love to have a list for "anything due in the next three days OR is starred with no due date", or a list for "the next 5 items that are due across all lists". Allowing us to create our own custom smart lists with whatever specifications we want would be really powerful.
Also (I know this is probably the wrong place) but you could save a lot of effort by releasing a good API and allowing third-party devs like myself to write a lot of these features ourselves.

would be VERY helpful.
I can't always complete all my daily tasks and knowing which are over due would help me decide my priority in which to attack!!
Giving users the option to decide whether overdue tasks are shown under Today or in a separate Overdue smart list would be great.

If you DO decide to again separate Overdue from Today, please allow a Preference the user can set to roll Overdue items into the Today list. I find it very useful to have them combined, but I can see how some people want them separate. Just allow choice. Thanks!
This was extremely important to me. Doesn't everyone want to see what he should have done, not just what he has to do?
I prefer to keep Overdue separate from Today. It's obvious from comments elsewhere in the forum that a significant number of other users agree. The apparent solution is to give users a choice between combined or separate (or give users the ability to create their own filters). No reason why both workflows can't be supported -- after all it's simply a filter that already existed in v1.
Sure, it's nice to have that as a separate feature, but I LOVE the fact that overdue items are now included in Today's tasks! Saves a lot of hassle switching back and forth!
Usually we procrastinate and some items can be traced back and remind me how many items are overdue. This tab always remind me to finish things planned.
One more thing, please enable a feature to hide all overdue tasks in each section. In the list I only need to see the items planned for future. Those in wunderlist 1 do it very well. That I love to use it very much and beated every similar apps down. Now disappear and very unfamiliar on using it. Greatly decrease the ease of use and motivation to plan things for me... Please help
please provide a filter on the slide bar to view the tasks on a monthly or 30 day basis
I have various tags that I add to items on my list (e.g. #home if this is something I have to do at home, #quick if this is something that can be done in just a few minutes, etc.).
However it's a pain to remember all the tags and type them in the search box. I'd love to be able to save a search - in other words in addition to lists themselves on the right, I'd want to have a link there that could search for (#home AND #quick), for example.
This is exactly like Gmail's "quick links" and would be a great feature.
