More sub-task levels!
In our company we often forced to do heavy strategic planning and we are facing the lack of task, sub task levels. It would make a great difference to be able to create 2nd or 3rd lvl sub-tasks and assign them separately ( as well as mark sub-tasks urgent, important of "if possible") . For example :
Renovate office ( Main task)
1. Sub-Task ( Assigned to Bob)
1.1. Second level sub-task
1.2. Second level sub-task ( Assigned to Bobs assistant)
1.2.1. Third level sub-task * (Marked as "URGENT")
1.3. Second level sub-task (Assigned to John )
2. Sub-Task ( Assigned to Bob)
3. Sub-Task ( Assigned to Tom)
Looking high and low for ANY task manager that supports multiple subtask levels, still haven't found one. Can't use this product without them, so...
Yes, yes, YES!

This is the only reason I'm using Todoist instead of Wunderlist. I hope it is implemented soon!
YES YES YES - Subtask levels indented in the main window would be the difference between casual and professional use for me.
I very much agree that this would be an excellent improvement. It should further be possible to organize or group lists of tasks in more than just one folder, so e.g. have a folder/subfolder structure containing lists of tasks which belong together.
I think this would make the service perfect :)))
i need this , at least , tell me how to show my sub-tasks in the main page. not need to open the detail page.

I like the simplicity of subtask in wunderlist, but on the other hand I do, too, agree that we could use more details to manage them. A better solution, in my opinion, is to allow subtasks to be converted to individual tasks. This is useful for, in example processing a task that is forwarded via email. Like, open the task, write some subtasks, convert them to several individual tasks and then we can delegate some of them to other person(s) and/or add different due dates and reminder to each tasks.
-- Subtask of a subtask. --
Currently using Wunderlist for checklists and for example doing a check up on a server which is the main task. Subtask (categorie) would be: "Updates", a subtask of that would be: "Applications" and if it could even go deeper a subtask of that could be: "VMWARE".
For long running projects/tasks, multiple levels are required with attachments option and assigned work log to overview what was done at certain point of time

Currently in Trial, Items have subtasks, which then have their own tasks, it is important from a business user point of view to be able to assign tasks and substasks to users.
Extra sublevels to each subtask would be cool.

I agree. We have seriously explored moving to Wunderlist from Asana but the inability to assign subtasks to individuals without sharing a list is preventing us from making the move.

Please Yes, We need to collaborate, even it's a subtask it can be complicated, we need to work it out as a team (may involve at least 2 ppl, not a single)

Currently this feature is the only reason I continue to use Todoist, and not Wunderlist. Wunderlist team ... please implement this :)
This is for me also a missing link in wunderlist. Our tasks have always 3 tot 5 subtasks and die dates!

I could not imagine that this was not incorporated. I am dumbfounded! This is an essential.
The ability to assign sub-tasks to different users is a great (and simple) work-around to assigning multiple people to a (top-level) tasks... in a way it is even more powerful, as it forces one to break-down the collaboration more specifically, which is always helpful. This would improve collaborative workflow on tasks.

Please add 1 or 2 sub-task levels to Wunderlist.
