Prioritize the Today list
Allow the users to prioritize the today list, regardless which list the tasks comes from.
So that you as a user, can start or end your day by planning your workflow throughout the day (or next day).
As it is now, I often have to make this list on a paper beside me. Wunderlist should be able to make this job for me.
This is the only reason that I have wanted to NOT use Wunderlist. There needs to be a way to do this. From a programming perspective, push items that have been prioritized into an array. Items that are added (suddenly given today's date in another category) should not be part of the array, but displayed separately, in an "Just added" category, so we know we need to add them to the prioritized part of the today list.
Is this still the case, or has it been resolved?

For me this is the most missing feature - actually it's just not about priorities, but rather custom ordering of the tasks.
Usually I have 20+ to-dos a day that are somehow put into three groups:
1) Work (high priority)
2) Private (something I can usually do after work)
3) Monitoring (I need to make sure that others do the thing, does not involve others).
To plan my day would be great if I was able to put them into some order. In Today view this is not possible. In single folder makes it difficult (I have different folders for different projects).
So currently there is no simple way to plan your day with WL.
Come on, Wunderlist, this is an important necessity for todo lists! I switched to Todoist because of this and I want to come back but I can't until this happens!

The ability to re-order items in the Today List View would be extremely helpful and make my day more productive

I like this idea too. As a work-around, I use the star the tasks to prioritize them and then I can bring them up under starred tasks.
I do agree. At the least it would be fine if it is possible to have all starred actions on top of today's list
Omg, YES. I was just about to post this suggestion. I don't like how the Today list is organised into sections, each corresponding to their respective folders. It makes it so I can't set a particular order for tasks, either through order or priority. Because even if Items #1 of Folder A and #2 of Folder B are starred, each task is still only going to be at the top of each folder section, not the top of the todo list. And if I try to move it, it will only switch it to another folder section, and thus to another folder altogether. Needless to say, this is maddening.
If people want this option, that's fine, Wunderlist. But in that case actually make it an option. Don't make it a mandatory feature. It's destructive as all hell to workflow, man...
