I've used multiple priority levels before and I end up forgetting about those tasks or never looking at them again.

I prefer the Wunderlist approach. I periodically scan all my lists (once a week) and try to figure out if I missed something important. If it is time-sensitive, I use a date. If it's just important, a star.

Another easy way to do this is to create a list called "low-priority" or something similar. Drag the tasks which are low-priority into the list. Ta da!

This is a cool idea. It might be possible today using a third-party service integrator? That is, you could "pipe" the tasks to a traditional calendar.

I'm a firm believer of breaking down your tasks into smaller goals in order to accomplish something. If you have a big epic task with a lot of sub-tasks (let's say 100), then you're going to want to track when they need to be done. Well, not every task needs to be tracked. If it does, you'll probably want to use something like MS Project or other Gantt chart software. I prefer PivotalTracker. One way to accomplish this with Wunderlist is to create top-level tasks with reminders for the most important sub-tasks. I don't think of this app as a good solution to manage an entire team of people, but it's excellent for what I use it for.

I've used this feature in other apps and it becomes very messy to track and manipulate the colors. For me, it ended up being that I wanted a programming language to automatically set the color based on what's going on. Also, you have to remember what each color means and the colors are all jumbled together. It sounds like a great feature, but it doesn't really help me in practice. I say pass on this?

This isn't a solution to the request, but it's how I manage my life. I split up my todos into Wunderlist and Google Calendar (or any calendar). Generally, things that need to repeat or need scheduling with humans goes into the calendar and become shared. Everything else goes into Wunderlist. This prevents my calendar from getting clogged, but also let's me remember every little thing I said I would do.

This isn't a feature of Wunderlist, but you can do this with an Android phone.

"Ok Google". "Remind me when I get home to pet the dog".

    I already do this. It's a "feature"?

    Initial setup...

Me: "Ok Google". "Take a note".
    Google: "What notes app?"
    Me: "Wunderlist"
    Google: "What's the note?"
    Me: "save the Internet"

    Day-to-day use...

Me: "Ok Google". "Take a note".
    Google: "What's the note?"
    Me: "stop the hate"
